KAISHAN KT5D integrated open-pit DTH drill rig is an upgraded automatic integrated drilling equipment based on entry-level mining rigs, specially optimized for medium-scale open-pit mines, quarries and road infrastructure blasting projects. The whole machine integrates a high-efficiency screw air compression system and professional down-the-hole drilling system, completely getting rid of external air source dependence and realizing independent walking and one-stop drilling operation.

Equipped with a 162KW Yuchai non-road diesel engine as single power source, the rig synchronously drives the compression system and hydraulic system, ensuring coordinated and stable operation of the whole machine. Matched with 12m³/min large air flow and 15bar stable working pressure, it provides powerful impact force for rock drilling, greatly improving construction efficiency for medium-hard rock formations.

KT5D comes standard with an automatic rod handling system and drill rod lubrication module, realizing semi-automatic drilling operation, effectively reducing manual intervention and construction labor costs.
