Multi-layer gradient composite filter intercepts oil mist and water droplets of different particle sizes, effectively filtering particles above 0.1μm. 99.99% separation efficiency and residual oil below 3ppm prevent oil pollution from affecting product quality and equipment operation.
Low Pressure Loss & High Energy Efficiency
Optimized internal flow channel minimizes air resistance with pressure loss ≤ 0.02MPa under rated conditions. It will not increase compressor load and effectively reduce overall energy consumption during long-term operation.
High-efficiency Oil Return & Material Saving
