Designed in accordance with Kaishan original standards, the overall size, mounting holes and pipeline ports are fully consistent with original exchangers. It fits all Kaishan compressors from 7.5KW to 200KW, including screw, VFD, piston and mobile models. Direct replacement without pipeline and frame modification.
Dual Cooling Modes for Diverse Scenarios
The air cooled type has compact structure and no demand for cooling water, suitable for regular workshops with water shortage and good ventilation. The water cooled type has stronger cooling capacity, ideal for large compressor stations and heavy industrial plants with high load and long-term full-load operation.

The fluid-mechanics optimized flow channel ensures smooth medium circulation with total flow resistance ≤ 2kPa. It will not increase compressor load and effectively reduce overall energy consumption during long-term operation.
