KJ311i two-arm intelligent tunneling jumbo is a two-arm rock drilling robot for large and medium underground projects. The 4WD articulated chassis features flexible movement and strong climbing capacity, designed for 12-35 ㎡ large roadways. Dual full hydraulic booms and high-frequency rock drills with 360° rotatable feed beam realize full coverage drilling. Integrated 3D scanning, automatic positioning and remote operation systems ensure man-machine separation and high underground safety. With mining explosion-proof, dust-proof, noise reduction and exhaust purification functions, it delivers excellent hard rock drilling efficiency, being core equipment for intelligent construction of large overseas mines, long tunnels and coal roadways.
Two independent hydraulic booms work synchronously or separately to expand working range. The 360° rotatable and self-leveling feed beam realizes drilling at any angle on roof, side walls and face without blind area.
4-wheel drive and articulated steering deliver large traction and small turning radius. It travels smoothly on uneven roads and steep slopes with maximum gradient of 14°, flexible for tunnels and mine roadways.
13kW and 18.8kW high-frequency rock drills are optional with high impact frequency and large torque. It drills fast on granite and limestone with good hole quality, improving working efficiency by over 40% compared with traditional jumbos.
