On November 5, 2025, the unveiling ceremony for the Class 1 Energy Efficiency Air Compression Station of China Energy Conservation (Ankang) Environmental Energy Co., Ltd. was successfully held in Ankang, Shaanxi. This marks the official recognition of the compressed air system solution provided by Zhejiang Kaishan Compressor Co., Ltd. as a “Class 1 Energy Efficiency Air Compression Station,” following on-site testing by authoritative bodies and industry certification, thanks to its outstanding energy-saving performance and stable operation. This achievement sets a new industry benchmark for green energy projects undertaken by central state-owned enterprises.

State-Owned Enterprises Join Forces to Build a Model Project for Green and Low-Carbon Development
In October 2023, Shaanxi China Energy Conservation Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Kaishan Compressor Co., Ltd. signed a contract for the supply of air compressor systems for the China Energy Conservation (Ankang) Municipal Solid Waste-to-Energy Project. The project configuration includes complete sets of equipment such as the PMVF215W-8-II permanent magnet variable-frequency two-stage screw air compressor and the JN215W-8-II fixed-frequency two-stage screw air compressor. The entire set of equipment was delivered on March 24, 2024, and successfully commissioned and put into operation on August 29, 2024.

Authoritatively Certified and Awarded the Title of “Grade 1 Energy Efficiency Station”
In the Ankang Municipal Municipal Solid Waste Incineration Power Generation Project, the air compressor station plays a critical role in supplying high-quality compressed air to the power generation control system and process equipment. The complete compressed air system provided by Kaishan is designed around the core principles of “high efficiency, reliability, and energy conservation.” It incorporates a deeply integrated design combining permanent magnet variable frequency technology with a two-stage compression structure, achieving significant improvements in energy efficiency.
Under stable, 24-hour operating conditions with no fluctuations in air demand, the station underwent rigorous testing by Hefei General Electromechanical Product Testing Institute Co., Ltd. from September 15 to 18, 2025. Based on the latest national standard GB/T 45785 “Energy Performance Evaluation of Compressed Air Stations,” on-site verification confirmed that the station meets Grade 1 energy efficiency standards. Compared to traditional air compression systems, it achieves energy savings of over 28%, with an estimated annual carbon reduction of more than 500 tons.
Additionally, the compressed air station was jointly certified by Hefei General Electromechanical Product Testing Institute Co., Ltd. and the National Quality Inspection and Testing Center for Compressors and Refrigeration Equipment, and was awarded the honorary title of “Grade 1 Energy Efficiency Compressed Air Station.” The certificate and plaque were officially presented on October 30, 2025, and a plaque-hanging ceremony was successfully held on November 5.
