December 28th is the anniversary of the founding of Kaishan Group. On the afternoon of December 29th (Monday), to commemorate the Group’s 24th anniversary, an annual summary and commendation meeting was held as is customary. More than 500 people attended the meeting, including representatives from various production bases across China, including Shanghai, Chongqing, Guangdong, and Hubei, as well as management cadres from the Quzhou Industrial Park.
Vice President Hu Yizhong read out the documents “Decision on Appointing 93 Employees, Including Shi Feng, as Senior Technicians, First-Class Technicians, and Technicians” and “Decision on Commending 239 Advanced Team Leaders, Advanced Producers, and Lowest Consumption Individual Award Winners in 2025.”
Hui Dengfeng, Executive Dean of Kaishan General Machinery Research Institute, read out the “Notice on Announcing the Results of the 2025 Design Innovation Award Selection.”
Dean Hui Dengfeng and Xu Xuefeng, Dean of Kaishan Heavy Industry Mining Machinery Research Institute, presented trophies, certificates, and prize money to the 20 winners of the Special Prize, First Prize, Second Prize, and Third Prize.
Representatives of the technicians—Chai Xinghua, senior technician from the pressure vessel company; Wu Hao, team leader from the heavy industry after-sales service center; and Zhu Kan, engineer from the compressor technology department, representing the design innovation award—took turns to speak. They expressed pride in their own and their team’s achievements over the past year, and were inspired by the company’s prosperity and continuous significant accomplishments. They pledged to cherish the opportunity, continue working diligently, utilize the company platform to leverage their talents, and contribute even more to the development of Kaishan.
Chairman Cao Kejian delivered a summary speech on the work of 2025. He first extended his warmest congratulations to the employees who were appointed as technicians, were recognized as advanced workers, and received the design innovation award. On behalf of the company, he expressed his heartfelt gratitude to all Kaishan employees for their contributions to the company’s progress.
