Each unit is pressure-calibrated before delivery to accurately lock the optimal opening pressure of 0.4-0.45MPa. It stably accumulates pressure during startup and quickly builds lubrication back pressure to ensure sufficient oil circulation and thorough head lubrication. It opens and exhausts stably after loading, buffers air impact and balances system pressure, completely solving unstable air output, fluctuating loading and excessive pressure relief during shutdown.

Equipped with imported fluororubber oil and high-temperature resistant sealing kits, it adapts to compressor oil-gas mixed working conditions with excellent anti-aging and anti-erosion performance. Zero gap contact after valve closing completely eliminates valve air leakage, interface pressure loss and gas channeling. Accurate pressure maintenance avoids low back pressure operation, fundamentally solving no-load oil leakage, excessive oil consumption and body oil accumulation, reducing daily maintenance costs.
5. Air Backflow Prevention & Core Filter Protection
The valve core closes quickly to lock pressure after shutdown, effectively blocking reverse backflow of compressed air from gas storage tanks and pipelines. It avoids damage and breakdown of oil-gas separation cores caused by high-speed backflow air, greatly reducing filter core damage and failure probability, extending filter service life, reducing replacement frequency and stabilizing oil-gas separation efficiency and compressed air cleanliness.
