KAISHAN KT15i intelligent open pit DTH drill rig, also known as open pit rock drilling robot, is a high-end intelligent unmanned drilling equipment developed for large open-pit mines, quarries and heavy-duty rock engineering projects. Breaking the limitations of traditional manual drilling rigs, this integrated drilling robot realizes full-process intelligent operation including automatic positioning, autonomous drilling, parameter self-adjustment and fault alarm, greatly reducing manual intervention and improving construction safety and consistency. Powered by a 316KW high-performance diesel engine and matched with a 22m³/min large-displacement air compression system and 20bar high air pressure, the KT15i provides powerful and stable impact force. It supports 140-190mm hole diameter and maximum 36m drilling depth, perfectly adapting to high-hardness rock formations and large-scale blasting drilling demands. Equipped with a 130° wide-angle swing working boom, the rig freely switches between vertical, inclined and horizontal drilling without replacing support points, covering comprehensive construction angles.
