JNF Series Oil-Free Screw Blower

Multi-layer labyrinth seal completely isolates compression chamber and lubrication chamber with zero oil mist and leakage. Certified by international Class0 oil-free standard, the 100% oil-free air perfectly meets strict requirements of food, pharmaceutical and precision electronic industries.

Innovative screw internal compression technology greatly improves compression efficiency. Under the same air flow and pressure, it consumes much less energy than roots blowers and ordinary blowers, cutting electricity cost obviously during long-term continuous operation. It is an ideal model for industrial energy-saving renovation.

Optimized rotor and flow channel design eliminate surging completely. The air volume can be adjusted continuously in a wide range. It maintains stable air pressure and pulse-free air flow even under dramatic air change and frequent start-stop conditions to ensure stable production.

The rotors are processed by 5-axis machine and calibrated by dynamic balance with high operation precision and low friction loss. The operating noise is below 73dB with slight vibration. Hardened rotor surface resists wear and deformation. Matching with high-quality bearings and seals, the service life is extended greatly.

The 5-stage front filter intercepts dust and particles efficiently to protect internal core. IP54 protection grade realizes dust-proof and splash-proof performance for outdoor and dusty workshops. Optional PTFE anti-corrosion coating and explosion-proof structure adapt to chemical, biogas and other high-risk & corrosive scenarios.

The large surrounding air cooling duct has high heat dissipation efficiency. The equipment keeps normal temperature even under long-term full-load operation, no performance degradation or shutdown caused by high temperature, supporting 24-hour assembly line operation stably.

The integrated compact body has small footprint with standard mounting base for rapid deployment. The modular design and few wearing parts make disassembly, cleaning and replacement of filters and seals convenient, reducing overseas after-sales maintenance difficulty.
