    Cost-effective screw model for two-phase flow and unstable steam; ORC model for hot water and flue gas above 80℃; high-efficiency turbine model for large geothermal and high-parameter steam. The combination covers over 90% of global waste heat power scenarios.

    The isentropic efficiency reaches 70%~85% for screw models and 82%~93.8% for ORC and turbine models. It generates much more power than traditional units with the same heat source, improving waste heat utilization and shortening payback period.

    The innovative structure adapts to steam-water mixture without blade damage caused by water hammer. It runs stably under fluctuating steam quality with high fault tolerance.

  • Wide parameter range, efficient for low-grade waste heat

    Working pressure 0.1MPa~4.0MPa and medium temperature 80℃~400MPa. It utilizes steam flow as low as 1.3t/h, converting originally wasted low-pressure, low-temperature and small-flow heat into electricity.

  • Skid-mounted modular design for quick deployment

    All parts are pre-assembled. Complicated civil work and pipeline modification are not required. It can be transported by container, cutting on-site installation time by more than 60%.

  • Fully automatic intelligent operation, unattended work

    The intelligent control system realizes automatic startup, load adjustment and grid connection. Multiple protections against over temperature, over pressure, overload and flow cut are equipped. Remote data check and fault diagnosis reduce labor cost.

    The core parts are wear and high temperature resistant with few wearing parts and long overhaul cycle. Only regular inspection is needed, adapting to operation conditions of remote overseas power stations.
