1. Low Pressure Energy Saving & Lower Construction Cost
Different from traditional high-pressure hammers, the L3 DTH hammer operates fully under 0.7MPa conventional low air pressure, driven by ordinary air compressors without expensive high-pressure equipment, greatly reducing equipment procurement, operation and energy consumption costs. The optimized pneumatic transmission structure controls air consumption at 6.3-9m³/min, maintaining stable 15Hz impact frequency and strong crushing force while maximizing energy saving, ideal for small and medium-sized projects and scattered outdoor drilling.
2. Central Exhaust Slag Discharge & Higher Drilling Efficiency
Adopting advanced central exhaust structure, compressed air sprays accurately from the center of the hammer to quickly wash out hole slag and dust, completely avoiding repeated rock crushing caused by slag accumulation. It reduces drilling resistance, improves hole forming speed and ensures smooth hole wall and high hole quality without deviation or collapse. The overall drilling efficiency is increased by more than 30% compared with ordinary side-exhaust hammers, shortening the project construction period effectively.
3. Built-In Check Valve Protection & Wider Working Condition Adaptability
Equipped with an integrated built-in check valve, it closes instantly after shutdown to block backflow of ponding, sediment and gravel into the hammer inner cavity, preventing internal part corrosion, jamming and blockage failure. It supports wet dust removal drilling and normal underwater drilling in shallow water, humid construction sites and rainy outdoor conditions, breaking the limitation of dry-only operation of ordinary hammers with stronger environmental adaptability.
4. Alloy Forging Process & Long Service Life
Integrally forged from high-quality high-strength alloy steel with multiple high-temperature heat treatment and hardening processes, it features high hardness and strong toughness to withstand long-term high-frequency hard rock impact, gravel friction and outdoor harsh environment erosion. The precisely processed internal piston, cylinder and transmission structure ensure uniform clearance and smooth operation without jamming or eccentric wear, avoiding cracking, deformation, wear and air leakage for low failure rate and longer service life than ordinary cast hammers.
5. Precise Model Adaptation & Fast Lossless Replacement
Fully compliant with Kaishan original design standards, the outer diameter, interface size, mounting position and transmission specifications perfectly match DIR80 rigs and full-series Kaishan 3-inch drilling equipment, 100% compatible with all 90-110mm conventional DTH drill bits. Old hammers with weak impact, air leakage, frequent blockage and efficiency decline can be directly replaced without equipment modification or pressure debugging, quickly restoring efficient construction for equipment maintenance and project renovation scenarios.
6. Optimized Counterweight Structure & Stronger Crushing Performance
The optimized weight ratio of piston and drill bit extends the effective impact duration with larger single impact energy and more uniform force transmission, achieving better crushing effect on hard rock, concrete and rock formations. With stable 15Hz impact frequency, low operation vibration and strong penetration, it performs excellently in hard rock, weathered rock and mixed soil-rock layer drilling, adapting to various complex geological conditions.
