KJ311 Plateau Type Two-Arm Intelligent Tunneling Jumbo

KJ311 plateau type two-arm full hydraulic intelligent tunneling jumbo is a customized upgraded model based on standard KJ311, developed for mines and tunnels at 1000–4500m altitude with low temperature, low oxygen and strong wind & sand. It inherits advantages of 360° full-range drilling, 4WD articulated chassis and full hydraulic intelligent system. Meanwhile, the power, air intake, hydraulic, sealing and electric systems are fully optimized for plateau and alpine conditions.

Equipped with plateau turbocharged diesel engine and multi-stage preheating device, it solves power loss and hard cold start problems. The dual-stage series air filter resists wind and sand. Special low-temperature hydraulic oil and full cold-proof & sand-proof seal ensure stable operation. It supports local lever and wireless remote control, with positioning, auto anti-jamming and self-diagnosis functions. Certified by mining Ex and IP65 standards, it works 24/7 in gas-containing and low-temperature plateau roadways. It is core tunneling equipment for overseas high-altitude mines, plateau traffic tunnels and water projects.
